A new center of gravity for Henderson

Challenge

The Cliff arrived through our collaboration with Fleurish Strategy & Marketing and Maria Macali, with a positioning problem to solve. A 100,000-square-foot open-air campus in Green Valley Ranch, featuring chef-driven dining, boutique retail, wellness, and art, was being readied for a Q2 2026 opening. But the existing brand narrative skewed young and underdeveloped. It didn't match the affluence, sophistication, or lifestyle rhythms of the communities it needed to serve. For a development targeting first-to-market operators and discerning Henderson residents, the gap between story and reality was a commercial risk.

What We Did

We started underneath the brand, not on top of it. A deep dive into Henderson's demographics, neighborhood psychographics, and the competitive landscape across the Vegas metro surfaced a truer picture of the audience: four community archetypes and five consumer personas spanning Ascaya estate owners to Inspirada's upwardly mobile professionals. What united them wasn't a demographic. It was a relationship to time, taste, and daily rhythm.

That insight drove the repositioning. The Cliff became Henderson's Current, the cultural and social center that gives rhythm and meaning to everyday life. From there, we built the full narrative system. A brand spirit, Life in Motion, Living in Full. A leasing message aimed squarely at tenants, Henderson's New Center of Gravity. An aesthetic direction, Canyon Current, grounded and fluid, approachable luxury attuned to Henderson.

With the strategy set, we rebuilt the visual identity and style guide, produced a hero brand film, designed the leasing brochure, and supported the launch of the website. Each layer carried the same balance: upscale, down-to-earth, and alive.

Result

The repositioned brand has been met with strong reception from prospective tenants and the Henderson community alike. Leasing is well underway ahead of the Q2 2026 opening, with first-to-market restaurant and retail operators responding to a story that now matches the lifestyle the property is built for.
